Melasma 101 with Jocelyn, Laser Specialist and Medical Esthetician

WHAT IS MELASMA?

Melasma is a skin condition noted by the appearance of brown patches on the face. It is commonly found on the cheeks, forehead, chin and above the upper lip. It is primarily seen to be symmetrical from side to side on the face, but can also appear in singular patches. Melasma can occur on the body in areas where sun exposure is heavy, such as the neck and arms.
